William Kentridge is a South African artist and he is very well know for his animated films. I really liked how his charcoal drawing-animation creates the atmosphere that makes it very unique from other videos and films.
His animations deal with political and social themes from personal or autobiographical point of view. Most of his works includes his self-portrait. His work is also an inspiration for my 5th project.
I hope everyone’s project is going well!
